An accessory particularly suitable when used in conjunction with a dividing table on modern machine tools and CNC machining centres. It provides the user with 4 different machining surfaces so that 4 pieces, even differently shaped, can be machined at the same time.
It is made of stabilized GS 600 cast iron that guarantees the non- deformability and initial precision in time. It can be fitted with up to four MU/90 or MUC/91 vices with precise positioning and alignment in relation to the central vertical axis, so that when this accessory is mounted on a horizontal revolving table, each vice has the same mechanical origin as to the tool. In this way a number of pieces can be machined at the same time using one accessory and one mechanical origin, thus reducing the set up time. Transversal and longitudinal grooves ensure easy mounting and alignment of the vices that can also be used separately and independently and attached to the vertical support only when necessary, with obvious practical advantages. The lower base does not have any fixing elements (holes, slots, etc) which must be made by the user or at our factory according to the customer's drawing.
