Vise designed for processes requiring accuracy and high clamping force.

The constructive concept assures perfect lining up and locating reproducibility; the locating is favored by the falling movement that tends to assume the piece when it is locked, so the piece follows vise’s perpendicularity and parallelism.

The vise is made of hardened steel, the ram and the fixed and mobile jaw locks are made of thermally treated steel, the base is constituted of GS500 spheroidal cast iron and the overall components are carefully ground and assembled with tight fitting tolerance.

The vise can be provided with special equipments as ground magnetic parallels or knurled jaws suitable for blanks clamping or irregular surfaces.
Current model provides the four machine tool plane clutches and the reversible chain pipe wrench for the clamping vice.
