Machining time reduced with the possibility to tighten two pieces at the same time.
Model that comes from the particular constructive concept of the model MCV200/1V and preserves its constructive features, the ram and the fixed and mobile jaw locks are made of heat treated steel, the base is made of GS500 spheroidal cast iron. The overall components are carefully ground and assembled with tight fitting tolerance.
Thanks to the independent mobile double jaw it is possible the tightening of two pieces at the same time also of different forms and dimensions. There are several aspects and possible applications that take advantage of the double jaw. Firstly the fact that two pieces can be tighten at the same time permits to reduce the machining time and the tool changes. So it can be used both for small and large series. Moreover machinings that requires two working phases, usually realized with two subsequent grips in the machine or with two different vises, in this case can be realized in one time and with a only vise. When vise grips only one piece the clamping is remarkably improved thanks to the double lock that provides the same results of the use of two vises: at the same applied load on the operating
screws the holding power is doubled (up to 9000 kg).
The vise can be provided with special equipments as ground magnetic parallels or knurled jaws suitable for blanks clamping or irregular surfaces.
Current model provides the four machine tool plane clutches and the reversible chain pipe wrench for the clamping vise.
